Maxi Goose is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
We recommend inspecting your order within 24 hours of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours at support@maxigoose.com, including your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.


Returns Related to Shipping

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, free of charge within Canada, provided return conditions are met.
