Return & Refund Policy

At Maxi Goose, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within the applicable return period. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.


1. General Return Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Conditions for Returns

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The item is in its original condition and packaging, including all tags

  • Proof of purchase is provided (such as an order confirmation or invoice)

To initiate a return, please email support@maxigoose.com.
After approval, you will receive return instructions and the correct return address.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


2. Return Shipping Costs

Returns within the 14-day return period are free of charge within Canada, provided the return conditions are met.

If an item is returned outside the return period or does not meet the return conditions, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@maxigoose.com, preferably including:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item or size, please return the original item following the return procedure and place a new order.


5. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, as outlined in Section 1 of this policy.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation by email.
If approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.


7. Personalized or Custom-Made Items

Personalized or custom-made items (for example, items made to order or customized with specific details) are not eligible for return or refund, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

Please carefully review all personalization details before placing your order.
